* The book direct nightly rate is the price per night for the whole condo, including all taxes, fees and service charges. Booking direct is usually cheaper than Airbnb and Vrbo bookings as the platform’s service charges are waived. For book direct bookings of seven nights or less a $100 cleaning fee is payable. For eight or more nights there’s no cleaning fee.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING DIRECT

  • Check in time is after 4pm, unless otherwise agreed in advance
  • Check out time is before 10am, unless otherwise agreed in advance
  • Guests will check themselves in and enter the condo using a keypad
  • Check in instructions including keypad code, contact phone numbers and local hints and tips will be sent to guest 1-2 days before check-in
  • Guests agree to the following while on-property:
    • Keep the condo clean and tidy
    • Not cause undue noise or disturbance to neighbours
    • Not smoke except in designated areas around the resort
    • Display a parking permit in any vehicles on-site (provided free of charge)
    • Lock the condo door when not inside
    • Switch the A/C off when not inside the condo or when windows/balcony doors are open
    • Not to tamper with smoke detectors or sprinklers
    • Enjoy the resort’s pools, hot tubs, beaches, sports facilities and other public spaces in a quiet, respectful manner
    • Not take glass cups or bottles to the poolsides or beach
    • Adhere to the rules of Bahama Bay Resort which are provided in the condo
    • Not remove any furniture, tableware, soft furnishings, utensils, books, electronic devices or any other fixtures and fittings from the condo
  • Cancellation terms:
    • 30 days or more prior to check-in, full refund payable
    • 29 days or fewer prior to check-in, no refund
  • Payment terms:
    • 50% of total payable to confirm booking
    • Remaining 50% to be paid within 48 hours of check-in
  • The ‘book direct nightly rate’ shown above includes all relevant taxes
  • For bookings of seven nights or fewer a cleaning fee of $100 or currency equivalent (including taxes) will apply; the cleaning fee is waived for bookings over seven nights

PRIVACY STATEMENT

By default we do not collect or process any cookies, browser data or personal information from visitors to this website.

Visitors choosing to use our ‘book it’ form to book direct, in doing so, are providing their name and email address to us, which is processed by WordPress and emailed to our private email address in order for us to contact them directly by email to discuss their booking needs. We do not use this personal information to any other purpose, nor do we pass on or sell this data. In the event that the user subsequently makes a booking with us, we may need to collect further information for them in order to provide our services. This will be outlined by email at the time.
