Where is the condo?
We’re at Bahama Bay Resort in Davenport Florida. The full address for the resort is:

We’re close to Kissimmee, just minutes from Walt Disney World. Find more info and maps here.
How many bedrooms are there? How many does the condo sleep?
We have three bedrooms – two with queen beds and one twin room. The condo sleeps six people. We also have two inflatable beds which are suitable for children, but these aren’t included as standard. If you’d like to include the inflatable beds, please ask before booking.
What amenities are provided in the condo?

* We’ll provide basic housekeeping amenities to get you through a couple of days. For longer stays, you may wish to bring your own or shop locally.
What facilities are at the resort?
All our guests have access to the following without additional charge:
  • Five heated outdoor pools, open year round (at least one pool is open 7am – 11pm)
  • Seven hot tubs
  • Nature walking trails – watch out for the gators!
  • Kids splashpad
  • Tennis, basketball and volleyball courts (book time with Clubhouse)
  • EV charging (first come, first served)
  • Grill and picnic areas (first come, first served)

  • Fishing at Lake Davenport (licenses available at Clubhouse and Walmart)
How far is the condo from the theme parks/beaches/airport?
Here are some realistic drive times to local attractions (although of course during heavy traffic you can expect longer travel times):
  • Magic Kingdom Ticket & Transportation Center: 25 minutes
  • Disney’s Hollywood Studios: 20 minutes
  • Epcot: 25 minutes
  • Disney’s Animal Kingdom: 15 minutes
  • Disney Springs: 20 minutes
  • Universal Orlando: 30-35 minutes
  • Sea World: 30-35 minutes
  • Orlando International Airport (MCO): 30 minutes (with tolls), 50 minutes (no tolls)
  • Orlando Sanford Airport (SFB): 60 minutes (with tolls), 80 minutes (no tolls)
  • Melbourne International Airport (MLB): 90 minutes (with tolls), 110 minutes (no tolls)
  • Busch Gardens: 60 minutes
  • Cape Canaveral/Port Canaveral Cruise Terminal: 60 minutes
  • Tampa/Clearwater beaches: 90 minutes
  • Sarasota: 180 minutes
Are there EV chargers on-site?
Yes, there are two charging posts, one for Tesla and one for standard EVs. They’re free to use, first come, first served. Please move your car as soon as you’re done with the chargers so other resort guests can use it too.
What stores are nearby?
Within five minutes’ drive we have a Walmart Supercenter, Aldi and Publix supermarkets. We’re also within easy reach of Lowes, Best Buy, Dollar Tree and other convenient stores. There are several outlet malls within a 30 minute radius.
Are there restaurants nearby?
There’s an excellent restaurant on-site (Tradewinds), just five minutes’ walk from the condo. And within a five minute drive we have Denny’s, McDonald’s, Waffle House and more. Within 10 minutes’ drive you can sample pretty much any cuisine under the sun.
